Social Media Management
Monthly content calendars, designed posts, scheduling and paid support - a consistent social presence without it landing on the owner at 11pm.
The Challenge
"Most businesses do not lack motivation on social media. They lack time. The pattern is always the same: a burst of posts, then months of silence, then another burst - and a dormant account signals to customers that the business may not be worth following."
What we provide.

Overview
Running a social presence properly - posting consistently, designing graphics, writing captions, replying, and watching what works - is a part-time job. For most owners it is the first thing dropped when the business gets busy, which is exactly when it should be most active.
We take the execution, not the strategy: you keep the voice and the decisions, we keep the calendar full.
What the service covers
Monthly content calendar. Built at the start of each month, sent for approval before anything publishes. You see the whole month before it exists.
Post design and copy. Every post designed in your brand colours, fonts and voice - not stock templates that could belong to any business.
Scheduling and publishing. Posts go out at the times your audience is active, on each platform, without depending on someone remembering.
Platform coverage. Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn as a base, with other channels added where the audience justifies it.
Paid advertising. Boosting and campaign management where spend makes sense, kept separate from organic so the results are readable.
Reporting. Reach, engagement, profile visits and enquiries - with an honest note on what to repeat and what to stop.
What we do not do
Post for the sake of volume, chase trends that do not fit the brand, or promise follower counts. Followers follow good content; the job is to make content worth following.
Outcome
An account that stays active, looks like the business, and produces conversations rather than just impressions.
Frequently asked questions.
-
We manage Facebook and Instagram as standard. LinkedIn management is available as an add-on. We can discuss other platforms depending on your industry and audience, but we focus on the ones where your customers are most likely to be rather than managing accounts on every platform.
-
We create both the graphics and the captions. You provide your brand assets (logo, colors, fonts) and any photography or product images you want used. We do the rest. You review and approve the monthly content calendar before anything goes live.
-
The number of posts depends on the package and the platforms being managed. We discuss the right posting frequency for your business and audience as part of the initial setup. More posts is not always better. Consistent, relevant posts outperform high-volume, generic content.
-
Yes. The full month of content is sent for approval before anything is published. Nothing goes live until you have signed it off, and you can request changes to individual posts before the schedule is locked.
-
This depends on the level of service agreed. Basic management covers content creation and posting. Community management, meaning responding to comments and messages, is available as an add-on. We discuss what is appropriate for your business and capacity during onboarding.
-
Ad spend goes directly to Meta (Facebook and Instagram’s advertising platform). You pay Meta directly for the ad budget and pay us separately for campaign management. This keeps the ad spend transparent and under your control at all times.
-
Organic social media growth is gradual. Follower counts and engagement tend to build over three to six months of consistent posting. Paid advertising can drive results faster, but the timeline depends on the budget, audience, and offer. We set realistic expectations at the start based on your specific situation.
