Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. Learn how Aumenso collects, protects, and uses the information you submit through this website.
Introduction
Aumenso ("we", "us") provides GoHighLevel white-label fulfillment, website design, branding, SEO, social media management and custom software development. This policy explains what personal information we collect through aumenso.com, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have.
This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send through it. It does not cover information we hold about clients under a separate services agreement.
Who We Are
Aumenso is the data controller for the information described in this policy.

Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to answer an enquiry and keep this website secure. We do not buy personal data, and we do not collect anything you have not provided or that is not generated automatically by using the site.
Information you provide
- Full name
- Email address
- Company name (optional)
- Service you are interested in (optional)
- The message or project details you submit
- Your agreement to this policy, recorded at the time of submission
Information collected automatically
- IP address and browser user-agent of the enquiry
- Pages viewed, referring page and approximate visit time (first-party analytics)
- Standard server logs for security and troubleshooting
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential engagement
- Provide services and send project updates where we are working together
- Keep records of enquiries and business correspondence
- Protect the website against spam, abuse and automated attacks
- Understand aggregate traffic so we can improve the site
- Meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
Our Legal Basis
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the following:
- Consent - for the contact form. You give it by checking the consent box before submitting, and you can withdraw it at any time.
- Legitimate interests - for replying to business enquiries, securing the site, preventing fraud and abuse, and using aggregate analytics.
- Legal obligation - for records we are required to keep for tax and accounting purposes.
Analytics
We measure traffic with a first-party analytics endpoint on our own domain. It records the page path, the referring page, a random session identifier, the device category and the time of the visit. It does not record your name, email, precise location or any identifier that could be used to contact you, and it does not use cookies.
Reports are reviewed only in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful and where enquiries come from.
Bot Protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks whether a submission looks automated. Turnstile may process your IP address, browser signals and challenge data for that purpose. It does not use the data for advertising, and it runs only when the form is submitted.
Cloudflare acts as our processor for this check. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information primarily there. Our service providers may process data in other countries where they operate infrastructure. Where information subject to European or UK data protection law is transferred outside those regions, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How Long We Keep Information
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted after 24 months. Correspondence about an active engagement is kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, normally up to seven years. Aggregate analytics data is kept for 12 months and is not linked back to an individual. Backups are rotated and expire within 90 days.
How We Protect Information
Information is transmitted over HTTPS. Form submissions are validated, rate limited and protected against cross-site request forgery and automated abuse. Administrative access is restricted by account, protected by passwords stored as strong hashes, and covered by access logging. We keep software dependencies patched and take regular backups.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by law.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you
- Correct information that is inaccurate
- Ask us to delete information we no longer have a reason to keep
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent you previously gave
- Ask for a copy of your information in a portable format
- Complain to your local data protection authority
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
