The Challenge
"A logo on its own is not a brand. Without a system - colours, type, layout rules and templates - every new asset becomes a fresh design decision, and the business slowly stops looking like one company."
What we provide.
A logo set (primary, secondary, favicon) in vector and export formats, a concise identity guide with colour and type values, print collateral supplied print-ready, and editable social and presentation templates so the team can produce work without a designer.
What's Included

- Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) and exports (PNG, PDF)
- Identity guide: colour values, typography, usage

More about this service.
Overview
Design work is judged twice: once on a screen, and once on whatever gets printed. We deliver both, and hand over files the client's team can work with afterwards.
What we take on
Logo design - a primary mark, a secondary or stacked version for different applications, and a favicon. Supplied as vector (AI, EPS, SVG) plus PNG and PDF on white and transparent backgrounds.
Brand identity system - logo usage rules, brand colours with hex/RGB/CMYK values, typography with specific fonts and weights, and basic usage guidelines. This is the document that keeps a web developer and a printer producing the same brand.
Print collateral - business cards, letterheads, envelopes, brochures and flyers supplied as print-ready PDFs to standard print specifications.
Social media templates - post graphics for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, built in a format the client can edit themselves.
Presentation templates - PowerPoint or Google Slides for pitches, reports and internal decks.
Rebranding and refresh - modernising an existing identity without losing the recognition it has built.
How a design project works
1. Discovery - the business, the audience, the competitors, what the brand must signal. 2. Concepts - initial directions presented as real applications, not logos on a white page. 3. Refinement - one direction taken through revisions. 4. Final files - the full asset set, organised, plus the identity guide.
Outcome
A brand that looks the same on a business card, a storefront and a feed - and assets the client's team can use without coming back for every post.
Frequently asked questions.
-
You will receive vector source files (AI and EPS), scalable vector graphics (SVG), and high-resolution exports (PNG with transparent background, and PDF). This set covers every common use case: printing, websites, social media, and presentations.
-
We provide two to three distinct initial concepts. This gives you meaningful choice without the confusion of too many options. Each concept is presented in black, white, and a representative color version.
-
One round of revisions is included after the initial concept presentation, and one round after the refinement stage. Additional revision rounds are available if needed and quoted separately.
-
A brand style guide documents the rules for using your logo, colors, and fonts consistently. It is useful if you work with multiple people on your marketing, if you use external contractors for content or advertising, or if you plan to grow your team. It prevents your brand from drifting visually over time. For a small business with one person managing everything, a short one-page brand sheet may be sufficient. For larger organizations or agencies, a full guide is worth the investment.

Yes. We design print collateral including business cards, letterheads, brochures, and flyers, supplied as print-ready PDFs. We do not manage the printing itself, but we supply files that meet standard print specifications for any commercial printer.
-
Yes, through our Social Media Management service. The Graphic Design service covers templates and brand identity. Ongoing content graphics for regular posts are handled under social media management. The two services work well together.
