1. Access - you add us as a team member on your account. We advise on the minimum access level first. 2. Brief - for each sub-account we take a short brief: business type, services, audience, what needs building. A ten-minute call usually covers it. 3. Build - we configure inside your account, against that brief. 4. Review - you approve before anything goes live to the client. 5. Ongoing or project - we can maintain the accounts monthly or stay project-based.
