Overview
Overview
Stratvia is a client workflow and case-management platform for consultancies, with AI-assisted report drafting built into the process rather than bolted on top of it.
It replaces the usual consultancy stack - Word documents, PDF templates, email threads, spreadsheets and manually drafted reports - with one guided workflow per client.
The problem
Consultancy work is rarely lost in the thinking. It is lost in the handoffs: a client fills in a form, someone retypes it, notes live in one place and the report lives in another, and the final deliverable is assembled by hand at the end of the engagement.
Stratvia treats the client journey as structured data from the first question, so the report is a product of the process rather than a separate piece of writing.
The product
Each client is assigned a workflow made of ordered stages. The MVP runs Client Discovery end to end and the architecture supports the stages that follow - research, strategy, communications, reporting, delivery - without a rebuild.
Clients complete a guided form, save their progress and return later. Staff review what was submitted, add confidential internal notes, and move the engagement forward.
AI drafts. Humans decide.
This is the operating principle of the product, not a feature note.
AI is an intelligence layer inside the workflow: it receives only the relevant context - the client profile, the submitted discovery answers, the relevant internal notes and report instructions - and produces a first draft. It never approves anything.
A report moves through a defined lifecycle: draft, AI-generated, in review, approved, final. Every version is kept, with its source, author and timestamp, and a qualified staff member makes the approval decision. AI-generated content cannot become a client deliverable on its own.
The flagship experience
The core loop is one screen at a time: staff open a client, read the submitted discovery, review internal notes, generate a draft, edit it in a comfortable document workspace, compare versions, approve, and issue the final PDF. The client then sees only approved deliverables.
Design approach
The interface is deliberately quiet - editorial typography, restrained colour, calm states, and AI treated as a small intelligence badge rather than the centrepiece. Progress, review and approval are always visible, because the product's value is confidence in the process, not the spectacle of the model.
Outcome
A single platform where the client journey, the staff's expertise and AI assistance meet, with the deliverable still owned and approved by a person.
The Challenge
Consultancy teams were running engagements across Word documents, PDF templates, email threads and spreadsheets, so client information arrived in fragments and every report was assembled by hand. The work lost time in handoffs and the final deliverable depended on who remembered which detail - and adding AI on top of that would only have produced confident drafts from incomplete context.
Our Approach
We built the client journey as structured data first: configurable workflows, a guided discovery form with save-and-resume, private staff notes, versioned reports and a document-quality PDF output. AI was then placed inside that workflow as an assistive layer - scoped to one client and one report context, drafting from supplied information only, and always routed through human review before anything is approved.
