Overview
Overview
The studio had members and no presence. People who walked past it every day did not know it existed, and the people who did follow the account saw it go quiet for weeks.
We ran a 90-day campaign built on one idea: post consistently, film what happens in the room, and put money behind what already works.
The brief
Fitness marketing is local and visual. A studio does not need reach in another country - it needs the next five hundred people within a few kilometres to know what the room feels like before they book.
What we ran
- Short-form video shot in the studio, not stock footage
- A publishing rhythm the team could sustain without a videographer
- Local paid campaigns behind the posts that performed organically
- Offer-based lead capture with a real follow-up sequence
What changed
Follower growth came from consistency more than from any single post. Once the account looked active, paid traffic started converting - people arrived at a profile that looked alive.
Outcome
400% follower growth over the campaign, 50+ membership leads, and a posting schedule the studio has kept running since.
The Challenge
The studio was invisible in its own neighbourhood: a dormant account, no regular content, and paid ads pointed at a profile so quiet that traffic arrived with nothing to trust. Every attempt at marketing started from zero because nothing had been posting in between.
Our Approach
We put consistency before creativity: a weekly filming session inside the studio, a schedule the team could actually sustain, and paid spend released only behind posts that had already earned organic engagement. The profile had to look alive before we paid to send anyone to it.
