Overview

Overview

A growth agency was winning clients faster than it could build the infrastructure behind them. Every new account meant a scramble: pipelines improvised, funnels rebuilt from an old export, automations half-configured.

We built the sub-account as a reusable pattern rather than a one-off, then handed it back fully white-labelled.

The brief

The agency sells marketing services, not software. Anything we built had to disappear behind their brand, work the way their sales team already sells, and be repeatable for the next client.

What we built

  • A sub-account configured from scratch, with custom values and snapshots for reuse
  • Pipelines that mirror the agency's real sales stages, not a generic funnel
  • Three funnels built around the offers they actually pitch
  • Automated email and SMS sequences triggered on real events, not fixed delays
  • Everything white-labelled - domains, sender identity and in-app branding

Handover

The account was handed over with a short operating guide: how to duplicate it for a new client, which fields to change, and what not to touch. The agency can now onboard a client in days instead of weeks.

Outcome

An infrastructure layer the agency can sell under its own name, with pipelines, funnels and automations that match how it actually works.

The Challenge

The agency kept winning work it then had to deliver on rented infrastructure. Each new client meant rebuilding funnels from scratch, pipelines drifted from the real sales process, and none of it carried the agency's own brand - so the tool looked like a tool, not like their product.

Our Approach

We treated the sub-account as a template: pipelines modelled on the agency's actual sales stages, funnels built for the offers they pitch, and automations that fire on real events rather than fixed delays. Everything was branded to the agency and documented so it can be duplicated for the next client without starting over.
