FluxCura: brand, website and marketing stack

Overview

Overview

FluxCura is a medical billing company in the United States, and the work started before the website: the brand, the channels and the tools the business runs on all had to be built together so a practice owner could find the company, trust it, and start a conversation in one visit.

We delivered the identity, the WordPress site, four social channels, GoHighLevel, Google Analytics, Search Console and a considered SEO foundation.

The brief

Medical billing is a trust-first purchase. A practice owner is handing over revenue cycle work, so the site has to answer three questions quickly: what exactly do you do, who do you do it for, and what happens after I contact you.

That shaped the brief: a brand that reads as established rather than new, a website that explains the service without jargon, and a marketing stack that captures and measures enquiries instead of guessing.

Brand

We built the identity as one system - the logo and its compact form, the colour palette, type and the asset set the channels need. Everything was designed to survive the small sizes it actually lives at: avatars, favicons, cover images and channel art.

Website on WordPress

The site was built on WordPress because the team needs to publish without a developer. Rather than loading it with a heavy page builder, we kept the template lean and put the flexibility in the content structure.

The plugin stack is short and deliberate: RankMath SEO for titles, schema and sitemaps, plus a small set of supporting plugins chosen for speed and maintainability.

Channels and marketing stack

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube channels were created and configured end to end - handles, profile and cover art, descriptions and links - so the company looked consistent across every platform from day one.

GoHighLevel was set up as the enquiry engine behind the site, with Google Analytics and Google Search Console connected so traffic and conversions are measured from the first visit rather than months later.

Handover

The engagement closed with the brand files, site access, channel access and analytics accounts transferred to the client, so the team can publish, post and measure without going through an agency for routine work.

The Challenge

FluxCura was entering a trust-first category - medical billing - with no established brand, no website and no measurement. Practice owners had to recognise the company, understand the service and reach a real person quickly, and the team needed a site they could publish to and a funnel they could measure without technical help.

Our Approach

We built the identity first, then the WordPress site around it, then the channels and the tools behind them: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube configured end to end, GoHighLevel wired up as the enquiry engine, Google Analytics and Search Console connected for measurement, and RankMath SEO carrying titles, schema and sitemaps.
