Crown Star Containers needed more than a logo. The UAE-based container business was starting its digital presence from nothing: no consistent identity, no social channels, and no simple way for a buyer to reach the team from a phone.
We built the launch as one piece of work - the identity, the social channels, the videos and a WhatsApp-first contact route - so the brand looked and behaved the same wherever a customer met it.
The brief
Container buyers move quickly, and most of them are deciding on a phone. They want to know what you supply, that you deliver, and how fast they can speak to someone.
That gave the brief three parts: an identity that reads instantly at avatar size, social channels that look active on day one, and one frictionless way to start a conversation.
Brand identity
The logo, Facebook cover, profile icons and YouTube header were designed as one family rather than four separate assets, so the brand is recognisable whether it appears as a 40-pixel avatar or a full-width channel banner.
- Primary logo plus a compact mark for avatars and favicons
- Facebook cover artwork, checked against both desktop and mobile crops
- Matching profile icons across Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
- YouTube channel header built inside the safe area for every device
Social channels
Facebook, Instagram and YouTube accounts were created and configured end to end - handles, profile details, covers, descriptions, links and contact points - so the channels were presentable on the first day instead of being tidied up weeks later.
Video content
Three complementary videos were produced for the launch feed: an introduction to the business, a closer look at the containers, and a short piece on how ordering works. Each was cut for the aspect ratio its channel expects, with covers taken from the same brand system as the stills.
WhatsApp-first contact
For a UAE audience, WhatsApp is where an enquiry actually becomes a conversation. A WhatsApp entry point was integrated across the website and the social profiles, with a pre-filled opening message, so a prospective buyer goes from interest to talking to the team in a single tap.
Handover
The engagement closed with the brand files, channel access and a short posting guide, so the client can keep publishing without going back through a designer for every post.
The Challenge
Crown Star Containers was entering a crowded UAE market with no brand recognition and no digital footprint. Everything had to be ready at once - identity, covers, channel art, video - because a launch that looks unfinished on day one is difficult to recover from. Just as importantly, buyers needed a way to reach the team from a phone without forms, email threads or waiting.
Our Approach
We treated the launch as one system rather than a list of assets: a single identity family (logo, profile icons, Facebook cover, YouTube header), three social channels configured end to end, three launch videos cut for each feed, and a WhatsApp click-to-chat route wired into the website and every profile.
