ADSA: eyewear brand and inventory system
Full branding for a Pakistani eyewear retail brand, ongoing Facebook and Instagram management, and a custom inventory management system - with the website in construction.
Overview
Overview
ADSA is a Pakistani eyewear retail brand. We took it from a logo brief to a working retail operation: the identity, the social presence that carries it, and the inventory system the shop actually runs on while the website is being built.
Branding
The identity was designed for a retail floor as much as a feed - logo and compact mark, colour and type system, and the assets needed for packaging, in-store and social. Eyewear brands live on how the product looks, so the identity stays quiet and lets the frames carry the colour.
Social media
We run the brand's Facebook and Instagram presence: the visual system, product framing and a publishing rhythm that keeps new arrivals and offers moving. Both channels are active today and are the brand's primary storefront until the website launches.
Inventory management system
The shop needed to know what it has, what sold and what to reorder. We built an inventory management system around the way an eyewear retailer actually works - frames by brand, model and size, stock movements, and a till-side view that a staff member can use without training.
Website
The website is under construction and will launch on the same identity and inventory foundation, so the catalogue does not have to be rebuilt twice.
Outcome
One brand, two active channels and a working inventory system behind the counter - a retail operation that can trade today and scale onto the website when it launches.
The Challenge
ADSA was starting a retail brand in a category driven by how the product looks. The identity had to work on a shelf and in a feed, the social channels had to sell frames before a website existed, and the shop floor needed to know what stock it held without a spreadsheet that nobody trusted.
Our Approach
We built the identity first, then took over the Facebook and Instagram presence so the brand could trade while the website was still being built. In parallel we built an inventory management system around eyewear retail - brands, models, sizes, stock movements and a simple till-side view - so the launch site can go live on the same foundation instead of a second rebuild.

"A retail brand has to look right on a shelf and in a feed - and know what is in stock."
